This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Oversee and direct the infrastructure team’s assignments, capacity planning, scheduling, technical risks, and the quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement resilient and scalable platform architecture.
• Understand business objectives and convert them into a clear technical vision.
• Take ownership of compliance and governance relating to infrastructure and data.
• Design secure infrastructure solutions for integration with external systems.
• Work with project teams to collect, manage, and transmit necessary data in accordance with audit requirements.
• Clarify and communicate business requirements to develop robust, sustainable, and manageable system architecture.
• Engage in the planning, development, and deployment of platform components, services, and applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices throughout the design, development, and delivery phases of projects.
• Create or enhance strategies, standards, and procedures for data integration, configuration, and implementation.
• Support Agentic Audit technology roadmaps by assessing emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to enhance audit capabilities and results.
• Lead technical design initiatives and promote architectural improvements for system reliability and flexibility.
• Conduct technical analyses and documentation of Agentic Audit systems.
• Establish technical standards and best practices; execute peer reviews of code and technical documentation.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, systems integration, product implementation, enterprise systems deployment, or a related technical area.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical lead, team lead, architect, or similar role with responsibilities for technical delivery and team coordination.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams or workstreams, including work assignment, capacity coordination, schedule management, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to convert business objectives and requirements into a clear technical vision, practical implementation strategies, and sustainable system architecture.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting secure, scalable, resilient infrastructure, platforms, services, applications, and external system integrations.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and data governance, cybersecurity, compliance, auditability, access controls, and secure data management practices.
• Experience in developing or enhancing technical strategies, standards, procedures, documentation, and best practices for architecture, data integration, configuration, implementation, and operations.
• Ability to evaluate technical risks, assess emerging technologies, contribute to technology roadmaps, and identify opportunities to improve audit capabilities through artificial intelligence, intelligent workflows, data analytics, or Agentic Audit technologies.
• Experience managing AWS Cloud resources, including EC2, EBS, S3, EKS, and RDS.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline infrastructure in a DoW environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, conduct peer and code reviews, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with project and leadership teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen as per contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance in accordance with contract requirements.
• Preference will be given to candidates located in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area.
• Remote candidates must be willing to travel as necessary for client meetings and/or conferences.
• Experience operating the UiPath AutomationSuite Environment is preferred.
• Experience working with the Risk Management Framework is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline solutions is preferred.
• Experience managing Non-Person Entities is preferred.
