Technical Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the effective implementation and upgrades of SimNow 2 Simulators.

• Act as the liaison between customers and Intuitive’s Service teams.

• Organize, coordinate, and propel cross-functional upgrade initiatives.

• Relay SimNow 2 networking requirements and prerequisites to customer IT departments.

• Collaborate with customer IT and OR personnel alongside Intuitive’s Service teams for SimNow upgrades.

• Ensure completion of quality systems and project documentation.

• Update customers and internal stakeholders on upgrade status, issues, risks, and next steps.

• Provide regular reports to EU senior leadership regarding activities and project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A background in engineering, life sciences, or medicine is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.

• Highly organized and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Capable of efficiently coordinating multifunctional teams within a matrix structure.

• Proven ability to ensure task completion, hold team members accountable, and foresee potential issues.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in any additional European language is a significant advantage.

• Preferred knowledge of IT and networking.

• Willingness to travel less than 15% of the time.
