📋 Description

• Assist partners in expediting their cloud transformation journey and developing lucrative Azure and Data practices.

• Act as a reliable advisor to both internal teams and external partners by offering strategic direction, technical knowledge, industry insights, and practical enablement.

• Guide partners in understanding upcoming Microsoft technologies, pinpointing growth prospects, and creating repeatable Azure and AI service offerings.

• Represent Sherweb through webinars, events, conferences, community engagement, technical content, workshops, and strategic partner interactions.

• Aid partners in establishing and expanding their Azure and AI-focused practices.

• Conduct business development workshops and strategy sessions centered around Azure and AI.

• Evaluate partner maturity and uncover growth prospects.

• Offer guidance on Azure adoption, migration, modernization, and AI initiatives.

• Support partners in crafting repeatable cloud and AI service offerings.

• Serve as a public-facing expert for Sherweb’s Azure and AI business.

• Present webinars, workshops, live events, and conference presentations.

• Create technical content, blogs, videos, and educational resources.

• Take part in Microsoft community events and industry forums.

• Raise awareness of emerging Azure, AI, data, and cloud innovations.

• Provide technical enablement programs for partners and internal teams.

• Assist in Azure readiness, migration, modernization, and AI adoption initiatives.

• Deliver architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations.

• Collaborate with sales, technical specialists, and Microsoft resources to enhance partner success.

• Help partners grasp Microsoft’s cloud, AI, and consumption-based growth strategies.

• Build trustworthy relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and technical communities.

• Represent Sherweb at Microsoft events, industry conferences, and partner programs.

• Identify emerging technology trends and convey opportunities to partners and internal teams.

• Enhance Sherweb’s reputation as a leader in Azure, AI, and cloud transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, Data/AI services, and modernization efforts.

• At least 7 years of experience in cloud technologies, solution architecture, technical consulting, partner enablement, or comparable technical leadership roles.

• Experience collaborating with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or cloud-oriented organizations.

• Strong grasp of Azure migration, modernization, data, security, and AI workloads.

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering workshops, webinars, public speaking engagements, or technical enablement programs.

• Capability to influence without direct authority and establish credibility across technical and business audiences.

• Skill in translating complex technical concepts into business value.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving technology landscape.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.

• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is preferred.

• Azure Administrator Associate certification is preferred.

• Azure Security Engineer Associate certification is preferred.

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot technologies, Data & AI workloads, and cloud-native architectures is preferred.

• Existing involvement in Microsoft technical communities, user groups, MVP circles, conferences, or industry events is preferred.

• Experience in establishing partner programs, technical communities, or enablement initiatives is preferred.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in written and verbal communication with an English-speaking clientele is essential.
