This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization initiatives.
• Set up and manage engagement governance structures, including steering committees and program schedules.
• Collaborate with both customer and internal executives to align priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Establish success metrics for engagements and guarantee value realization in line with business goals.
• Convert business requirements into technical architectures utilizing Lyric’s platform.
• Direct modeling, data integration, and configuration efforts across both functional and technical teams.
• Work alongside engineering, data science, and IT stakeholders to implement scalable and secure solutions.
• Manage structured User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and promote adoption throughout business units.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery teams located in various geographies and time zones, including offshore delivery partners.
• Define service engagements and translate vague requests into well-defined statements of work with clear success metrics.
• Foster accountability and facilitate communication among internal and external teams.
• Spearhead change management and customer enablement initiatives.
• Gather insights and feedback to guide Lyric’s product roadmap and enhance delivery best practices.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or delivering supply chain analytics.
• Ideally responsible for end-to-end management of statements of work.
• Practical experience in technical delivery, including configuration, modeling, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain analytics use cases such as optimization, prediction, and simulation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading global project teams and managing enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record in running UAT and change management initiatives that foster adoption.
• Exceptional attention to detail and structured program management capabilities.
• An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Primarily based in the US with the ability to travel 10–15% for on-site project engagements.
• 30% variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
• Potential to earn equity in Lyric.
