Technical Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide impactful technical training programs tailored for Cisco’s technical sales team.

• Design and deliver extensive training sessions covering networking, data center infrastructure, collaboration, security, and observability products.

• Develop engaging learning experiences that enhance professional growth and drive technical sales success.

• Facilitate learning by leveraging technical expertise and exceptional presentation skills.

• Work closely with Cisco’s global Learning & Development team and the technical sales organization.

• Contribute to the success of Cisco’s global workforce through professional development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering positions.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical training or facilitation.

• More than 3 years of experience with enterprise technology solutions across various domains, including automation and DevOps.

• Current technical certifications in pertinent technology areas.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementation and troubleshooting.

• Over 3 years of experience in networking infrastructure and SDN, data center technologies and cloud infrastructure, security solutions and zero trust architectures, collaboration platforms and solutions, observability/monitoring tools, or application development/DevOps practices.

• At least 3 years of experience working in an SE role and/or training SEs.

• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools.

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Proficiency in leading group dynamics and fostering participation.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical field or education (preferred).

• Training certifications such as CTT+ or CST (preferred).

• Experience with learning management systems.

• Background in solution architecture or technical consulting.

• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Understanding of multiple regional markets within the assigned geography.
