This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Eligibility Department by performing a range of technical tasks.

• Upload Triple E files.

• Carry out manual updates for eligibility.

• Accurately and promptly enter or adjust eligibility data in Luminare Health systems in accordance with established procedures and client specifications.

• Address telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees/members, clients, and colleagues.

• Execute the same responsibilities as an Eligibility Analyst as needed based on departmental requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.

• At least three years of experience in Eligibility.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused, and production-oriented environment.

• Outstanding data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of co-workers, including Client Management staff.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in oral, written, or diagrammatic form.

• Adaptable and open to ongoing process enhancements.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Competent in addressing issues across diverse situations and achieving resolutions.

• Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to different system platforms, and effectively utilize MS Excel/Word.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
