Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Eligibility Department with various technical responsibilities.

• Upload Triple E files.

• Conduct manual updates for eligibility.

• Input and/or amend eligibility information in Luminare Health systems in accordance with established protocols and client specifications.

• Deliver prompt and accurate service.

• Address inquiries via phone, written communication, and electronic messages from employees/members, clients, and colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Eligibility is necessary.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, customer service-oriented, and production-focused atmosphere.

• Outstanding data entry proficiency with keen attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of colleagues, including Client Management staff.

• Competence in following instructions provided in oral, written, or diagrammatic formats using common sense understanding.

• Adaptable and receptive to ongoing process enhancements.

• Self-motivated individual capable of functioning well with minimal oversight.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Aptitude for effectively addressing and resolving issues in diverse situations.

• Ability to acquire knowledge of new or proprietary systems, adjust to various system platforms, and proficiently utilize MS Excel/Word.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
