Retention Analyst Consultant – 6-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing loyalty and retention programs at AG1 on a contractual basis.

• Oversee A/B testing for loyalty and retention initiatives, including loyalty trials, at-cancel strategies, winback efforts, and churn-prevention experiments.

• Aid in the setup, monitoring, reporting, and recommendations for testing.

• Track performance across loyalty and retention initiatives, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Create and maintain KPI tracking, scorecards, and regular reporting for loyalty and churn/retention metrics.

• Evaluate program outcomes to pinpoint business gaps and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Manage the merchandise planning process for the loyalty program, including inventory tracking and replenishment strategies.

• Compile supporting data and materials for MBR/QBR reporting related to loyalty performance, cancellations, and retention.

• Collaborate with Data Science, DIT, and program leaders to ensure efficient testing, sharp reporting, and readiness of MBR/QBR materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience in developing and maintaining recurring scorecards or dashboards.

• Thorough understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical significance, along with experience in supporting or managing tests.

• A proactive and inquisitive approach to data—comfortable delving beyond surface-level numbers to uncover gaps and opportunities.

• Knowledge of business KPIs used to assess loyalty, retention, and/or e-commerce performance, such as LTV, purchase frequency, churn rate, and save rate.

• Ability to convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Comfortable collaborating with data science partners to define, submit, and follow up on analytics requests.

• Experience using ticketing/project management tools like Jira or Asana to manage ongoing reporting and cross-functional follow-ups.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with a consistent positive attitude.

• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
