Technical Eligibility Analyst

• Evaluate technical eligibility information

• Operate in a dynamic, customer-focused, and production-oriented environment

• Execute precise data entry with a strong emphasis on detail

• Engage in communication with employees/members, providers, clients, and colleagues

• Carry out instructions provided orally, in writing, or through diagrams

• Assist in ongoing process enhancement

• Address issues across diverse situations

• Acquire knowledge and utilize proprietary systems along with various system platforms

• Proficiently use MS Excel and Word

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED

• At least three years of experience in Eligibility

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, and production-driven environment

• Outstanding data entry proficiency with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Skillful in collaborating effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of coworkers, including Client Management personnel

• Capacity to utilize common sense understanding to follow instructions provided in oral, written, or diagrammatic form

• Adaptable and receptive to ongoing process improvements

• Self-motivated individual who performs well with minimal oversight

• Competent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proven critical thinking capabilities

• Proficient in effectively addressing challenges in various situations and achieving resolutions

• Ability to learn and adapt to new/proprietary systems, manage different system platforms, and utilize MS Excel/Word effectively

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

• Preferred: Previous leadership experience
