Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate technical eligibility information and carry out tasks related to eligibility.

• Accurately input and maintain data within eligibility systems.

• Operate in a dynamic, customer-focused, and production-oriented environment.

• Effectively communicate with employees/members, providers, clients, and colleagues.

• Utilize instructions and critical thinking to address issues in diverse situations.

• Acquire and utilize new or proprietary systems, as well as various system platforms.

• Proficiently use MS Excel and Word.

• Work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least three years of experience in eligibility.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven setting.

• Outstanding data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of co-workers, including Client Management staff.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in oral, written, or diagram format.

• Adaptable and open to continuous process improvement.

• Self-motivated individual who excels with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to manage problems across various situations and find resolutions.

• Willingness to learn new/proprietary systems, adjust to different system platforms, and effectively utilize MS Excel/Word.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

• Preferred: Previous leadership experience.
