Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate technical eligibility information.

• Execute data entry related to eligibility with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with employees, members, providers, clients, and colleagues to address issues.

• Utilize proprietary systems, various platforms, and MS Excel/Word.

• Follow oral, written, or diagrammatic instructions.

• Tackle challenges in diverse situations and achieve resolution.

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements in a dynamic customer service and production-focused environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED.

• At least three years of experience in eligibility.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment.

• Outstanding data entry skills with a strong emphasis on detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in effectively interacting with employees, members, providers, clients, and various levels of colleagues, including Client Management personnel and all staff tiers.

• Ability to use practical understanding to execute instructions provided in oral, written, or diagram form.

• Adaptable and open to continuous process enhancements.

• Self-motivated individual who functions well with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to effectively manage challenges in varying circumstances and achieve resolution.

• Proficiency in learning new or proprietary systems, adjusting to different platforms, and effectively using MS Excel/Word.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred: Prior leadership experience.
