Technical Eligibility Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate technical eligibility data.

• Collaborate with employees/members, providers, clients, and colleagues, including Client Management personnel.

• Execute precise data entry with meticulous attention to detail.

• Utilize proprietary systems and various software platforms, such as MS Excel/Word.

• Address issues in diverse scenarios and achieve resolutions.

• Follow oral, written, or diagrammatic instructions.

• Operate autonomously with limited supervision.

• Assist in ongoing process enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• At least three years of experience in Eligibility.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service and production-oriented environment.

• Outstanding data entry skills with strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in working collaboratively with employees/members, providers, clients, and various levels of colleagues, including Client Management staff.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in oral, written, or diagram form.

• Adaptable and open to ongoing process enhancements.

• Self-motivated individual who performs well with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven critical thinking capabilities.

• Competence in effectively resolving issues in diverse settings.

• Willingness to learn new/proprietary systems, adjust to various software platforms, and efficiently use MS Excel/Word.
