Technical Drawing, Estimator Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise technical drawings and designs for furniture, interior fit-outs, and associated projects.

• Offer drawing and technical documentation assistance to the estimating team.

• Analyze project requirements and convert them into precise technical drawings.

• Utilize CAD and other relevant design software to create and modify drawings.

• Oversee assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities using Monday.com.

• Collaborate with the estimating team to clarify drawing specifications and ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

• Examine drawings for precision, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.

• Keep organized drawing files and project documentation.

• Provide support for other technical drawing and estimating tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical drawing, CAD drafting, technical design, or a similar position.

• Expertise in relevant design software, specifically CAD, Revit, Fusion, and SketchUp is mandatory.

• Proven experience in creating accurate technical drawings and design documentation.

• Knowledge of furniture, interior design, commercial interiors, or fit-out projects is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to interpret technical requirements.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in using project management tools such as Monday.com.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently while cooperating with the estimating team.

• Access to a suitable computer capable of running the necessary design software.

• Preference for a Windows-based laptop, contingent on software compatibility.

• Must align with AU business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client commitments.

• Engagement on LinkedIn must reflect as “Independent Contractor.”
