Evening Customer Service Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Enhance the customer experience at every interaction by utilizing Fresh Direct's sales-through-service methodology

• Propel profitable growth, foster loyalty, and boost customer lifetime value

• Continuously improve and maintain knowledge of Fresh Direct's offerings, services, and operational processes

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications

• Process orders, address inquiries, and resolve service-related issues

• Maintain effective communication with various departments

• Adhere to internal policies and procedures

• Achieve high productivity levels and meet personal scorecard objectives

• Contribute to the accomplishment of departmental KPIs

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Quick thinking with the ability to determine the best resolution for customers

• Skilled at building rapport and easily connecting with others

• Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Availability to work 30 hours per week from 17:00–22:00, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends on a rotating schedule
