Technical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the end-to-end architecture of essential client products.

• Create a mentorship program designed to facilitate measurable skill development.

• Spearhead three "Innovation Roadmaps" for clients.

• Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for addressing technical debt and production challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in backend development.

• More than 5 years of expertise in architectural patterns such as Microservices and SOA.

• Proficient in Next.js with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Significant experience with Contentful or similar platforms.

• Background in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• At least 3 years of experience leading technical strategies in direct collaboration with clients.

• Experience in pre-sales activities.
