This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Direct the development, optimization, and governance of quality systems, including ETQ Reliance, M-Files, Sharpcloud, and related process automation platforms.
• Create and sustain enterprise roadmaps for digital quality and CORE tools.
• Supervise cross-functional digital projects aimed at modernizing quality workflows, integrating applications, enhancing visibility, and facilitating analytics-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Quality and CORE to design tools, dashboards, and interfaces that standardize processes and enhance data accessibility.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, and regulatory standards through QMS capabilities, internal controls, audit preparedness, and digital QMS advancements.
• Oversee budgets, prioritize investments, and obtain funding for transformational initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of CORE methodologies, Lean principles, and continuous improvement practices across digital quality applications.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for solutions that enhance quality performance, supplier engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Provide product ownership and technically credible leadership for the Adaptive platform.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are permitted to access specific necessary systems.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Over 8 years of experience leading enterprise applications, quality systems, or engineering tools in highly regulated environments.
• Experience in developing, configuring, or administering ETQ, M-Files, Sharpcloud, or similar systems.
• Proven leadership of technical teams supporting digital tools, automation, dashboards, or workflow systems.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO auditing practices, and enterprise QMS requirements.
• Proficiency in analytics and automation tools such as Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, APIs, scripting, or workflow automation.
• Capability to collaborate across organizations and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• RTX CORE or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is preferred.
• Genuine technical expertise in Adaptive, including the ability to assess model design, investigate calculation issues, challenge complex solutions, and navigate the backend.
