Technical Deployment Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of technical roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria for enterprise deployments.

• Ensure that deployments are launched on time and align with customer business objectives.

• Collaborate with Product, Core Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams.

• Remove technical obstacles and manage resource sequencing throughout account lifecycles.

• Align legacy workflows with platform capabilities.

• Monitor deployment KPIs to enhance sustained usage, operational efficiency, and measurable ROI.

• Work alongside Account Executives to define new enterprise use cases, volume growth, and technical proposals.

• Develop deployment scorecards and facilitate executive steering committees.

• Conduct technical business reviews with customer IT and business leadership.

• Create reusable deployment playbooks, PMO templates, and integration patterns.

• Convert customer pain points into prioritized product and engineering requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years in customer-centric technical roles managing intricate enterprise SaaS or AI implementations.

• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise system integrations.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing risks and resource trade-offs, and achieving alignment across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

• Background in designing governance frameworks, including QBRs, steering committees, and KPIs.

• Familiarity with mapping legacy customer workflows to enterprise software solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience in technical program management.

• Exposure to IDP, RPA, OCR, machine learning workflows, or enterprise automation platforms.

• Experience collaborating with Account Executives on technical expansion opportunities and pre-sales architectures.

• Active PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile/Scrum certification is a desirable qualification.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country/location where the position is based.
