Technical Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of enterprise AI, Agentic AI, AIOps, observability, and infrastructure automation projects.

• Spearhead the development and implementation of Agentic AI platforms, multi-agent solutions, MCP-based architectures, and automated self-healing systems.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance, including Python programming, asynchronous scripting, MCP server development, code evaluations, and technical design.

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, SRE, security, and application engineering domains.

• Convert intricate enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations environments into contextual schemas and tools that can be utilized by AI agents.

• Create and execute automation strategies for incident remediation, vulnerability management, observability, runbook execution, and infrastructure self-healing.

• Collaborate with enterprise observability platforms such as Dynatrace/Davis AI, Splunk, and CloudWatch.

• Set up technical guidelines concerning AI safety, data security, compliance, access controls, and responsible AI practices.

• Promote CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and cloud deployment methodologies.

• Ensure technical supervision of data pipelines, including ETL processes and Snowflake validation.

• Conduct code evaluations and establish engineering standards for AI agents, MCP servers, automation frameworks, and related services.

• Monitor delivery milestones, technical risks, operational results, and financial advantages while providing strategic insights to executive management.

• Engage in internal and external meetings through video calls as required.

• Work onsite at corporate or client locations as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading intricate technical projects, product deliveries, software engineering initiatives, or cloud infrastructure programs in a global enterprise IT setting.

• At least 2 years of experience managing AI, Agentic AI, AIOps, or AI-driven infrastructure platform deployments.

• Strong practical expertise in Python, including asynchronous programming and automation scripting.

• Direct experience in developing or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool-calling architectures.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent reasoning, tool calling, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace/Davis AI, enterprise observability, AIOps, or automation of self-healing infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.

• Proven experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and SRE practices.

• Proficiency in working with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk, or CloudWatch.

• Strong grasp of infrastructure automation, SRE runbooks, incident management, and automated remediation.

• Experience with data platforms and pipelines, including Snowflake, ETL, and data validation.

• Capability to provide hands-on technical leadership and code review oversight while managing complex enterprise deliveries.

• Willingness to work onsite in corporate or client offices as necessary.

• For roles requiring business travel and/or event participation, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are mandatory.
