Technical Customer Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and knowledge to the sales team and clients throughout the sales cycle

• Respond to inquiries regarding a specific product or product range

• Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of products

• Help customers optimize the advantages of their purchased products

• Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and debug intricate systems

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, provide training, and service equipment at customer locations

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong technical proficiency

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities

• Capability to deliver excellent customer support while working autonomously in the field
