Technical Content Development Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop technical interview questions, encompassing coding tasks, debugging challenges, knowledge evaluations, and authentic engineering scenarios.

• Compose and validate interview materials across various programming languages, ensuring that solutions are accurate and consistent.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance content creation efficiency while exercising engineering judgment to maintain accuracy.

• Perform peer reviews to confirm that content adheres to technical and quality standards.

• Revise content based on candidate performance metrics, interviewer insights, and requests for content corrections.

• Collaborate with the Content Architecture team to refine content development workflows and elevate assessment quality.

• Contribute to enhancing development standards, templates, and documentation for the Content team.

• Design and verify interview questions and reference solutions rather than production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional software engineering experience (after academic studies and internships).

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.

• Solid foundations in software engineering: debugging, testing, code review, and providing constructive technical feedback.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience collaborating remotely within global, distributed teams.

• Availability during U.S. business hours is preferred.

• Must be a resident of Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore), India.
