📋 Description

• Convert intricate technical information into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials.

• Generate enablement content utilizing AI workflows.

• Articulate the capabilities of OpenAI Codex, along with its practical applications, limitations, and use cases.

• Produce technically precise content that addresses APIs, cloud platforms, and developer workflows.

• Analyze developer documentation, technical specifications, and implementation guides.

• Develop learning resources focused on OpenAI Codex and AI-assisted development.

• Create materials for API, cloud, and developer enablement.

• Design technical onboarding and implementation manuals.

• Generate demo guides, technical walkthroughs, and product tutorials.

• Develop playbooks for sales and customer enablement.

• Create scripts for e-learning, storyboards, training presentations, job aids, reference materials, scenarios, and knowledge assessments.

• Implement adult learning and instructional design principles.

• Validate workflows, product functionalities, and examples against documentation and input from subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Identify misleading simplifications, unsupported assertions, and inconsistent terminology.

• Utilize AI tools for content structuring, drafting, editing, and refinement.

• Collaborate with project leads, designers, technical SMEs, and stakeholders.

• Oversee assigned content from conception to final approval, managing timelines, documentation, and version control.

• Communicate progress, highlight technical uncertainties, and suggest practical solutions.

• Incorporate feedback while ensuring quality and adherence to delivery commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex in practical development or AI-assisted coding workflows.

• Knowledge of APIs, authentication, endpoints, requests and responses, data structures, integrations, cloud environments, and error handling.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, software integrations, and developer environments.

• Ability to convey technical concepts and workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in producing learning or enablement content for enterprise, B2B, SaaS, or developer audiences.

• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

• Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.

• Skill in interpreting technical documentation and validating information with SMEs.

• Confident use of AI tools with independent judgment and quality control.

• Capability to adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and client-specific AI usage requirements.

• Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.

• Ability to manage complex content deliverables and produce high-quality work with minimal ramp-up time.
