Technical Consultant – SAM, CMDB, CSDM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive ServiceNow implementations, encompassing everything from requirement gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Act as a hands-on technical leader, effectively balancing delivery oversight with platform development tasks.

• Configure and tailor ServiceNow applications using industry best practices, including workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to convert business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Support implementations across various ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications.

• Provide expert guidance on platform architecture, data structures, and integration methodologies.

• Participate in project planning, timeline development, and risk management activities.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to ServiceNow standards, performance criteria, and long-term sustainability.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to established delivery best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow implementations.

• Demonstrated success in executing full lifecycle implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is mandatory.

• One or more CIS-level ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

• Ability to take charge of technical delivery while effectively collaborating with project and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to function in client-facing or cross-functional team environments.
