This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +7 more countries.
• Lead teams in providing strategic market access and commercialization solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and specialty healthcare sectors.
• Act as a trusted consultant in areas such as pricing, reimbursement, HTA, value communications, evidence generation, launch preparedness, and market access strategy.
• Foster strong relationships with current and potential clients while enhancing the Parexel Access Consulting brand.
• Collaborate with experts in clinical development, RWE, HEOR, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercialization across the CRO.
• Formulate strategic recommendations for market access landscapes, pricing strategies, JCA/HTA and reimbursement readiness, evidence-generation planning, payer value propositions, and value communications.
• Oversee complex consulting projects from proposal to delivery and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, client expectations, financial reporting, risks, meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Assist in business development through proposals, RFP responses, pitches, prospecting, account expansion, and revenue generation.
• Create integrated service offerings that encompass market access, HEOR, RWE, medical affairs, and evidence services.
• Mentor consultants and senior consultants, aiding in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and capability enhancement.
• Contribute to market access methodologies, tools, intellectual property, publications, white papers, articles, and conference presentations.
• Represent Parexel at industry conferences and keep abreast of global market trends across the US, Europe, and APAC.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Pricing & Market Access within a consulting environment.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in pricing & market access and/or HTA and literature review projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from proposal to delivery with successful outcomes for clients.
• Recognized as a trusted advisor within the market access and healthcare communities.
• Demonstrated history of timely, high-quality project completion and client-ready deliverables.
• Experience with European HTA, pricing, and reimbursement processes, especially in Germany (AMNOG) and/or France (HAS), is highly desirable.
• Expertise in EU and/or US market access frameworks, including HTA, pricing and reimbursement, healthcare policy, payer evidence requirements, claims data, and managed care analytics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline with a 2:1 or above classification.
• Capability to lead strategic consulting engagements, multidisciplinary teams, proposals, client presentations, and executive-level discussions.
• Competence in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, client expectations, financial reporting, and delivery risks.
• Experience in developing strategic recommendations, payer value propositions, value communications, global value dossiers, evidence-generation plans, HTA submissions, and access strategies.
• Ability to mentor consultants and support recruitment, onboarding, and team capability enhancement.
