This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the field-based technical service requirements for LDX and Afinion products within the Cardiometabolic Business Unit.

• Conduct in-services and tailored training sessions for end-user customers.

• Establish relationships with end-user accounts through retention calls.

• Collaborate with Technical Support and end users to troubleshoot assigned products.

• Execute customer-specific evaluations of products.

• Ensure support for regulatory compliance and uphold excellent laboratory practices.

• Foster working relationships with Account Executives, Sales teams, and distribution partners.

• Identify upselling prospects and manage demonstrations, training, and sales initiatives.

• Reactivate and manage inactive accounts.

• Oversee travel within the assigned territory while managing travel expenses.

• Submit timely and accurate expense reports.

• Maintain compliance by logging data into Salesforce.com and other related databases.

• Participate in company and professional meetings, conferences, and webinars.

• Collaborate with providers and office personnel to enhance diabetes testing protocols, bridge care gaps, provide staff education, and implement workflow improvements.

• Carry out additional assigned duties and projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical or medical consultant position.

• In-depth understanding of laboratory practices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the physician office market.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Capability to obtain Vendor Credentialing certification by completing necessary immunizations, training, background checks, and competency assessments.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time, with an average of up to 75%, occasionally with short notice.

• Flexibility to work on occasional weekends.

• Ability to complete company-mandated Compliance and Product training courses by their deadlines.
