This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical service requirements in the field for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Cardiometabolic products, including LDX and Afinion.

• Conduct in-services and tailored training sessions for end-user clients.

• Initiate retention outreach and cultivate relationships with end-user accounts.

• Provide assistance to Technical Support and end users in troubleshooting product issues.

• Execute customer-specific product assessments.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold exemplary laboratory practices.

• Foster collaborative relationships with Account Executives, sales personnel, and distribution partners.

• Recognize upselling prospects and coordinate demonstrations, training, and sales initiatives.

• Identify dormant accounts and devise reactivation strategies.

• Manage travel within the territory and oversee travel expenses.

• Submit precise and timely expense reports.

• Maintain compliance by inputting data into Salesforce.com and associated databases.

• Participate in company and professional events, conferences, and webinars.

• Complete required compliance and product training courses by their deadlines.

• Work alongside providers and office personnel to enhance diabetes testing adherence, address care gaps, optimize workflows, and improve patient outcomes.

• Undertake additional assigned duties and projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in a technical/medical consulting role.

• Comprehensive understanding of laboratory practices.

• In-depth knowledge of the physician office market.

• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.

• Capability to obtain Vendor Credentialing certification through current vaccinations, required training, background checks, and competency evaluations.

• Willingness to travel at least 50%, with an average of up to 75%, sometimes with less than a week's notice.

• Availability to work some weekends as needed.
