Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard configurations, custom development, and data migration aspects of Salesforce implementations.

• Design and execute implementations for clients based on architected solutions.

• Assess project requirements and troubleshoot technical implementation challenges.

• Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to facilitate client implementations.

• Operate within an agile and cooperative environment adhering to Salesforce methodologies.

• Work remotely while engaging with global teams across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of any programming language; proficiency in JavaScript, Java, and Apex is preferred.

• Basic skills in front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with LWC is advantageous.

• Fundamental understanding of a version control system; Git is preferred.

• Familiarity with branching models; Git Flow is preferred.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic comprehension of REST and SOAP APIs.

• Introductory knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Basic familiarity with Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is beneficial.

• Salesforce Associate Certification/Admin certification and being a Ranger on Trailhead are advantageous.

• Proficiency in spoken English and Spanish is essential.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, teamwork, organizational abilities, planning, adaptability, motivation, and results-driven orientation.
