This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Create intricate solutions that merge ERP functionalities, business workflows, and Dynamics 365 F&O configurations.
• Oversee the discovery and analysis of financial, operational, and supply chain workflows.
• Establish frameworks, controls, and standards throughout Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Design and enhance procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and inventory workflows.
• Develop strategies for reporting, master data management, migrations, and enterprise-wide integrations.
• Address intricate technical and functional challenges and spearhead root cause investigations.
• Refine solutions for reliability, security, performance, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Assess alternatives and convey risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Conduct technical reviews, solution validations, testing, deployment, and operational readiness tasks.
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in decision-making processes with clients, architectural, security, and operational stakeholders.
• Identify reusable assets and suggest enhancements to standards, processes, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage assigned duties while actively reporting progress, risks, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
• Over 5 years of experience in consulting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar solutions.
• Extensive experience in managing complex production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of ERP and enterprise business processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, and inventory management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP configuration and parameterization, reporting and master data, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in considering quality, service continuity, metrics, cost, performance, security, and risk while designing and implementing solutions.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level, with the ability to comprehend technical documentation and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer/service-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities, structured problem-solving skills, results-driven attitude, and accountability.
