Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage and respond to inquiries from both existing and prospective clients

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers

• Accurately and efficiently manage incoming requests through phone, email, and various other channels

• Assist with specialized training programs for customers

• Aid in fulfilling group air travel needs

• Search for and confirm travel bookings

• Advise customers on client travel policies

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulatory requirements

• Provide insights on industry specifics such as low fares, exchange costs, and associated penalties

• Evaluate operational workflows and commercial partnerships, offering suggestions for enhancements

• Sustain, communicate, and enhance knowledge of the travel sectors served

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the travel agency sector

• Proficiency in GDS Amadeus

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English

• Familiarity with travel industry standards, policies, and procedures

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Competent in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
