Visa Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify necessary documents and manage the preparation, validation, submission, collection, and return of applications for visas, passports, and related services to customers.

• Provide precise information regarding visa and passport requirements, processing times, and delivery procedures.

• Assist customers in making informed decisions, ensuring that applications and documents are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.

• Offer real-time updates to customers throughout the entire process.

• Achieve or surpass Service Level Agreement standards while managing a high volume of calls and emails.

• Develop expertise in visa and passport processing to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with Processing, Dispatch, and Liaison teams effectively.

• Expand the customer base and educate clients about value-added products.

• Provide solutions and address client concerns promptly.

• Record information in CIBT's secure database while ensuring data integrity and compliance with records retention requirements.

• Stay updated on product and service enhancements, system updates, and changes in requirements.

• Assist colleagues and other teams as necessary.

• Uphold client confidentiality and securely manage documents and personally identifiable information.

• Complete all tasks in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree or an Associate's Degree with two years of experience or equivalent qualifications.

• 1-5 years of experience; experience in travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate relations is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Solutions-oriented with excellent attention to detail and precision.
