Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel arrangements for clients.

• Deliver exceptional service to key travelers from our client base.

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Comprehend client travel policies and offer consultation to customers.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide insights on industry trends, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.

• Assist in specialized training programs for customers and manage group air arrangements.

• Evaluate operational workflows and commercial partnerships, proposing enhancements where necessary.

• Keep abreast of and expand knowledge regarding the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience working as a travel agent.

• Proficient in GDS Amadeus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
