Technical Catalyst Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the target technical implementation architecture for XTEL platform deployments.

• Ensure compliance with XTEL standards regarding integrations, data flows, environments, interfaces, and security.

• Advocate for the standardized unified template-based implementation model to minimize bespoke development.

• Assist pre-sales and services teams in defining the implementation scope.

• Contribute to estimates for technical workstream efforts, such as data migration, integrations, and configuration tasks.

• Develop and maintain technical implementation playbooks, architectural guidelines, integration patterns, environment setup standards, and training materials.

• Provide technical oversight and assurance for strategic, complex, or partner-led implementation projects.

• Evaluate solution designs and implemented code for quality and adherence to XTEL standards.

• Mentor partner architects, technical consultants, and project teams on implementation quality, issue prevention, and architectural decision-making.

• Identify risks in technical delivery and establish mitigation or remediation strategies.

• Incorporate implementation lessons into the ongoing enhancement of standard technical assets and reference models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise application implementation and technical solution architecture.

• Proficient in system integration, data architecture, interface design, and deployment planning.

• Proven experience in creating reference architectures, technical standards, reusable components, and implementation accelerators.

• Strong capabilities in effort estimation and delivery planning for technical workstreams.

• Ability to guide technical consultants, partner teams, and project leadership in a constructive delivery assurance model.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled at simplifying complex technical subjects.

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or packaged software implementation environments.

• Preferred: experience in CPG and revenue management-related solution contexts.

• Preferred: familiarity with API/integration design, data migration, and enterprise systems landscapes in a CPG environment.
