Technical Business Analyst

• Collaborate with various business units to comprehend their data requirements.

• Perform data needs assessments and analyses to uncover data patterns, quality concerns, and potential enhancements.

• Organize meetings with development teams to evaluate and refine functional specifications.

• Create processes and dashboards to oversee data quality and track metrics trends.

• Bring attention to quality concerns for stakeholders and uphold data integrity.

• Generate data quality reports for leadership review.

• Engage with business users and stakeholders regarding the status of development projects.

• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and training initiatives.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience as a business analyst or in a comparable technical position, ideally within the data sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.

• Expertise in requirements gathering and data mapping processes.

• Technical proficiency in data analysis and data profiling tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with software development methodologies and development workflow tools.

• Competence in managing data projects from initiation through to completion.

• Skill in utilizing data visualization tools to convert analytical findings into dashboards.
