Lead Business Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and establish business scope and objectives through comprehensive research and fact-finding.

• Conduct functional analysis, define requirements, configure application modules, and perform testing.

• Develop prototypes and create functional specifications.

• Execute data mapping and function mapping tasks.

• Set up configuration tables and transaction/control tables.

• Analyze business needs and create solutions for various business functions.

• Identify and address gaps within business processes.

• Engage in security and authorization setup as well as user documentation.

• Design data interfaces.

• Assist with data migration and reconciliation efforts.

• Contribute to the installation and optimization of modifications and the archiving of data.

• Develop necessary workarounds utilizing basic programming skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, specialized training, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least Eight (8) years of pertinent technical or business work experience.

• Strongly desired Lawson S3 development experience.

• Preferred strong background in supply chain and finance.

• Lawson administration experience is preferred.

• Extensive understanding of information systems, business processes, key drivers, and success metrics related to the business.

• Profound knowledge of requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.

• In-depth knowledge of process design, reengineering, and methodologies for requirements documentation.

• Experience in producing quality deliverables through design.

• Solid comprehension of the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Strong vendor relationship management skills.

• Proficient in Project Management with the capability to oversee small to intermediate projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
