This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the strategy, architecture, and successful implementation of enterprise Data Foundation projects.
• Define the technical vision for governed, AI-ready data foundations.
• Consult with customer executives at the CxO level to shape data strategy and develop business cases.
• Lead executive discovery sessions, maturity assessments, and create phased, customer-aligned roadmaps.
• Represent the practice in intricate, high-stakes engagements.
• Establish target-state architecture across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft.
• Balance platform-agnostic and Salesforce-native execution alongside customers’ existing technology investments.
• Endorse architecture decisions and validate them through scoped proofs of concept.
• Provide architectural governance and ensure quality assurance across multiple engagements.
• Manage delivery risks, secure executive buy-in, foster business engagement, and oversee scope and dependencies.
• Integrate security, privacy, governance, and quality controls from the project's inception.
• Develop AI-enhanced professional services delivery utilizing Claude Code, Gemini, Lucid AI, and NotebookLM.
• Create reusable prompt templates, skills, agents, accelerators, and delivery intellectual property.
• Set AI acceleration targets, quality standards, and ensure human oversight.
• Develop and publish the practice’s perspective on the agentic future of SaaS.
• Produce reference architectures, points of view, and forward-looking roadmaps.
• Represent the practice both externally and internally while briefing executives.
• Author and update the Data Foundation Delivery Playbook.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to Senior Advisors, Architects, Consultants, and engagement teams.
• Establish stewardship, RACI frameworks, sustainable operating models, and executive-ready engagement summaries.
• Achieve certification, customer impact, architecture, business outcome, AI delivery, thought leadership, and enablement objectives within the first 12 months.
• Canadian citizenship is mandatory; permanent residents are not eligible for the required Canadian Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance.
• Reliability Clearance necessitates 5 years of verifiable work and residence history, typically within Canada.
• Secret Clearance requires 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada.
• Over 15 years of extensive, hands-on experience in data architecture, engineering, MDM, integration, and governance.
• 8–10 years of experience supporting customers with MuleSoft.
• In-depth expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Profound knowledge across one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, or MuleSoft.
• Authority-level proficiency in data modeling and semantic/metadata modeling.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, security, and privacy, including GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA.
• Proven experience in advisory roles at the CxO level and the ability to lead multi-workstream delivery.
• Experience integrating vendor platforms into complex heterogeneous enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in leading AI-augmented delivery utilizing AI tools and reusable prompt/skill/agent assets.
• Recognized thought leadership in enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS.
• Familiarity with API-led connectivity, real-time synchronization, batch processing, event-driven architectures, API management, and deployment options.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft–Salesforce integration and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of MuleSoft RPA capabilities.
• Multiple MuleSoft certifications, including Developer and Integration Architect Associate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in application design and development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, and SCRUM.
• Salesforce CTA certification or progress towards obtaining it is preferred.
• Experience managing large full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.

• Capability to convey and persuade customers regarding best practices at various organizational levels.
