Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives

• Provide comprehensive solutions that align with client specifications

• Facilitate discovery sessions and design workshops

• Gather client requirements and convert them into technical designs

• Execute solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud, and Intelligence

• Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms utilizing APIs, AMPscript, SSJS, MuleSoft, or custom ETL solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver superior technical solutions that meet client expectations

• Articulate intricate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Foster strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and recognize additional engagement opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development

• Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization

• Proficiency in scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS)

• Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems through APIs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to establish trust with both internal teams and external clients

• Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple client engagements efficiently

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred
