Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Technical Architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.

• Provide comprehensive solutions that align with client specifications.

• Facilitate discovery meetings and design workshops.

• Gather client requirements and convert them into technical blueprints.

• Deploy solutions across various Salesforce Marketing Cloud offerings.

• Connect Marketing Cloud with external platforms utilizing APIs, custom scripts, MuleSoft, or bespoke ETL solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver superior technical solutions.

• Articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Foster trusted client relationships while identifying additional engagement opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing implementation, configuration, and custom development.

• In-depth understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud, and/or Personalization.

• Familiarity with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).

• Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems through APIs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple client projects effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
