Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee enterprise-wide UiPath architectural standards, development frameworks, and code review processes.

• Ensure the creation of scalable and high-performing automations.

• Lead the technical roadmap for evolving RPA solutions into sophisticated agentic AI workflows.

• Integrate workflows with enterprise security measures and cloud architectures.

• Act as the primary technical authority on solution designs.

• Address complex architectural issues and reduce technical debt across automation platforms.

• Design robust API integrations and reusable component libraries.

• Expedite development timelines and enhance workflow efficiency across departments.

• Mentor senior automation developers and external collaborators.

• Build internal technical expertise and promote uniform software development standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• 5 years of specialized architectural experience focused on designing, scaling, and governing enterprise UiPath RPA environments.

• Profound technical expertise in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, REFramework).

• Practical experience in integrating APIs with automation workflows.
