Technical and Accounting Support Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Manage the most intricate issues raised by users and Support teams.

• Examine bugs, discrepancies, and accounting or functional challenges.

• Replicate problems and ascertain their root causes.

• Assess incidents and facilitate their resolution by collaborating with pertinent teams.

• Collaborate with developers and Product teams to deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Utilize available investigative tools, including logs and basic SQL.

• Record solutions and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the product and processes.

• Share knowledge with Support teams.

• Serve as the liaison among users, Support, developers, and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in accounting.

• Awareness of the challenges encountered by accounting firms and businesses.

• Experience in managing complex issues that necessitate analysis and coordination.

• Proficient in using technical tools and resolving technical problems.

• Capable of communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive.

• SQL knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Legally eligible to work in France; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

• Ability to work in English.

• Capacity to excel in a rapidly changing environment.
