Technical and Accounting Support Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Address the most intricate issues escalated by users and Support teams.

• Examine bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional challenges.

• Replicate problems and determine their underlying causes.

• Assess incidents and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with developers and Product teams to provide clear, actionable analyses.

• Utilize available investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL.

• Document solutions and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the product and processes.

• Share knowledge and expertise with Support teams.

• Work together with users, Support, developers, and Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in accounting and a comprehensive understanding of the challenges encountered by accounting firms and businesses.

• Experience in managing complex issues that require thorough analysis and coordination.

• Proficiency in working with technical tools and troubleshooting technical challenges.

• Ability to clearly communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• A meticulous, self-motivated, and inquisitive mindset.

• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Legally eligible to work in France; Pennylane does not provide visa sponsorship.

• Capability to work in English.
