Technical and Accounting Support Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the most intricate issues escalated by users and support teams.

• Examine bugs, anomalies, and accounting or functional challenges.

• Replicate problems to ascertain their underlying causes.

• Assess incidents and facilitate their resolution in collaboration with the appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Utilize investigation tools, including logs and basic SQL.

• Document solutions and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the product and processes.

• Share knowledge and expertise with support teams.

• Work in partnership with users, support staff, developers, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in accounting.

• Awareness of the challenges encountered by accounting firms and businesses.

• Experience in managing complex issues that require analysis and coordination.

• Proficient in utilizing technical tools and resolving technical problems.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and inquisitive.

• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Legally permitted to work in France; the employer does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
