Technical and Accounting Support Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Address the most intricate issues escalated by users and support teams.

• Investigate bugs, anomalies, and both accounting and functional issues.

• Replicate problems to pinpoint their root causes.

• Qualify incidents and facilitate their resolution with the appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with developers and the Product team to provide clear, actionable analyses.

• Utilize available investigative tools, including logs and basic SQL.

• Document solutions and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the product and processes.

• Share knowledge and expertise with support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in accounting.

• Awareness of the challenges encountered by accounting firms and businesses.

• Experience in managing complex issues that require analysis and coordination.

• Comfortable utilizing technical tools and resolving technical issues.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and inquisitive.

• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Right to work in France.

• Capability to work in English.
