Technical Analyst, CMDB – ITSM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Maintain the functionality and integration of assigned application systems and their related software within the IT environment.

• Oversee, evaluate, and strategize system upgrades to ensure ongoing functionality and stability.

• Offer guidance and support for computing platforms and systems integration.

• Align end-user requests with software capabilities.

• Assess system performance and capacity, providing recommendations for enhancements.

• Facilitate problem identification and resolution in collaboration with vendors and manufacturers.

• Address customer needs and manage issues through to resolution.

• Assist technical teams and customers in project and support activities.

• Engage in project planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software.

• Evaluate business requirements, suggest system modifications, draft technical specifications, and execute system implementations.

• Support best-practice standards set by NMHC.

• Mentor Associate Analysts and other members of the application team.

• Contribute to the IS Knowledge Repository.

• Participate in on-call support to guarantee system availability and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of technical experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

• At least 3 years of experience in the core discipline within the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Capability to engage in on-call support.

• Adherence to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

• Successful completion of a criminal history background check is required if the position is offered.
