Technical AI Learning Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct dynamic and engaging workshops tailored for small to medium businesses (SMBs) and scaling enterprises.

• Facilitate adaptive virtual workshops, such as AI Ambassadors, technical deep dives, and sessions aimed at product, engineering, and enterprise AI Champion audiences.

• Educate participants on the behavioral and psychological dimensions of AI adoption.

• Create and demonstrate configurations live across Claude Code, Codex, and the GitHub Copilot/AI ecosystems.

• Acquire and present new workshop content within tight deadlines.

• Oversee interactions with client sponsors before, during, and after the workshops.

• Identify and suggest future programs that align with client objectives.

• Gather workshop feedback to enhance examples, framing, and exercises.

• Investigate and experiment with current AI applications, tools, use cases, and skills.

• Assist in marketing efforts, contribute to LinkedIn thought leadership, create marketing materials, and participate in occasional events.

• Develop additional learner content, interactive resources for post-session engagement, and asynchronous follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Based in the US and available between 9am and 6pm ET.

• At least 5 years of professional experience; 10+ years is preferred.

• Proven experience in technical operations, product management, sales engineering, or solution architecture within mid-market startups and scale-ups.

• Professional credibility to guide and advise engineering and senior product stakeholders.

• Builder-level proficiency in AI technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, n8n, Zapier, MCP, and the compilation of custom tools/plugins.

• Capability to audit complex, multi-step prompt workflows or automated workflows in real-time for engineering audiences.

• Extensive experience in facilitating workshops for startups, scale-ups, or SMBs.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing content, diverse audiences, uncertainty, and tight workshop schedules.
