Physician Reviewer, MD/DO – Medical AI Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases across cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, answer leakage, and quality of traps.

• Verify that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualification, project, and task workflows in accordance with project timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician possessing an MD or DO medical degree.

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Residing outside the United States.

• Board certification or completion of residency training required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient in written English at a C1+ level.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
