Technical AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Quickly develop prototypes for new AI-driven Vero tools, features, and processes.

• Create and evaluate solutions utilizing Python, APIs, LLMs, and cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Innovate and test concepts involving RAG, vector embeddings, MCP, and agentic pipelines.

• Investigate technologies and evaluate solutions for user and business challenges.

• Conduct lightweight technical experiments to assess feasibility and value.

• Establish integrations among AI models, data sources, and various services.

• Test, troubleshoot, and enhance prototypes based on practical application.

• Enhance the performance and functionality of existing Vero tools and workflows.

• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to transition successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.

• Provide technical insights regarding feasibility, scalability, and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient, hands-on experience with Python.

• Practical skills in building with LLMs and APIs.

• Understanding of AI concepts and infrastructure, including prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, vector embeddings, and agentic pipelines.

• Demonstrated experience in building and experimenting with AI applications.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.

• Capability to balance rapid experimentation with scalable solutions.

• Comfortable collaborating with both product and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and complexities.

• Growth-oriented mindset; adaptable to ambiguity and dynamic entrepreneurial settings.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
