• Address both minor and significant technical challenges on a daily basis

• Execute repair and maintenance tasks efficiently

• Utilize hand and power tools for various repairs and maintenance activities

• Work collaboratively with all teams and external contractors

• Ensure the facilities operate smoothly and effectively

• Oversee the inventory of technical equipment and materials
