This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Take responsibility for ensuring customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform.

• Oversee technical workstreams that contribute to business value.

• Provide proactive guidance to customers to enhance automation programs and broaden achievable objectives.

• Assist in planning infrastructure, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• Empower customer technical stakeholders with best practices for the UiPath Platform.

• Conduct reviews of design and code for selected automation projects.

• Execute technical health assessments and identify risks along with opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Work collaboratively with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to address escalated incidents.

• Advocate for AI-driven automation, including intelligent document processing, agentic AI, and machine learning.

• Design comprehensive automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Document Understanding, and AI Center.

• Practical experience with UiPath Studio for automation development and adherence to best practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in UiPath Document Understanding (DU) for intelligent document processing solutions.

• Background in programming .NET / Java applications.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Proven history in customer-facing technical account management or consulting positions.

• Strong expertise in software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Resume must be submitted in English.

• Experience with AI or agentic frameworks, LLMs, RAG, or MCP is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing, BPMN, and process mining tools is highly valued.

• Experience in implementing AI-driven automation solutions within enterprise settings is highly appreciated.

• UiPath or cloud platform certifications are considered a plus.
