This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of post-sales relationships as the primary point of contact and technical advisor.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on upselling, renewals, and expansions.
β’ Establish relationships and executive alignment with customer Champions.
β’ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key strategic customers.
β’ Develop measurable customer success plans.
β’ Lead the technical onboarding process for new enterprise clients from initial setup to full integration.
β’ Configure Socket across CI/CD systems, build pipelines, IDEs, and internal tools in coordination with engineering teams.
β’ Create repeatable onboarding playbooks, scripts, and automations to expedite time-to-value.
β’ Investigate and resolve issues related to integration, configuration, and compatibility.
β’ Address customer concerns in dedicated Slack channels.
β’ Utilize logs and telemetry to diagnose root causes and document solutions.
β’ Escalate issues to Engineering and ensure follow-through to resolution.
β’ Conduct discovery discussions to comprehend customer goals and use cases.
β’ Translate complex product features into practical, developer-friendly guidance.
β’ Perform architecture reviews and security posture assessments.
β’ Facilitate workshops, office hours, and in-depth sessions that promote adoption.
β’ Provide technical feedback and field intelligence to the Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Identify patterns that inform roadmap priorities.
β’ Contribute to documentation and internal tools to enhance the Technical Success practice.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or similar).
β’ At least 2 years of experience serving as the dedicated point of contact for customers, focusing on quarterly health checks and success.
β’ Strong background in application security, DevSecOps, or open-source ecosystems.
β’ Familiarity with developer tools and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
β’ Ability to read and understand code (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript).
β’ Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integration patterns.
β’ Practical experience with Package Managers.
β’ Comfort in troubleshooting within production environments alongside engineering teams.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with developers, security professionals, and executives.
β’ Willingness to travel for customer and company meetings as required.
β’ Must reside within EUROPE.
β’ Experience with SCA, dependency management, or security scanning tools (preferred).
β’ Contributions to open-source projects (preferred).
