Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis on revenue, supply, and demand trends to deliver data-driven recommendations for yield maximization.

• Assess and enhance display configuration settings and monetization strategies across publisher partners.

• Detect and rectify issues impacting display delivery, errors, and margin reductions.

• Offer regular insights regarding publisher performance, pricing strategies, and the efficiency of ad setups.

• Foster and maintain relationships with publishers.

• Manage reporting and ad setup inquiries.

• Oversee the billing cycle.

• Provide recommendations based on best practices.

• Collaborate with Ad Tech and BI teams to improve tools, develop dashboards, and promote optimization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in digital media, revenue operations, AdOps, or media analysis.

• Preferred experience at a publisher, agency, brand, or technology platform.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative or analytical discipline.

• Experience in account management for B2B publishers is advantageous.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights driven by data.

• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

• Knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, or comparable analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with platforms like GAM, Prebid, and Amazon TAM is beneficial.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships among teams and stakeholders.

• Flexibility in working hours to align with publisher time zones.

• Ability to collaborate with Ad Tech and BI teams to improve tools, develop dashboards, and enhance optimization efforts.
