This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Act as the main technical advisor for a group of strategic clients
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer environments, business workflows, and solution architecture
• Conduct technical assessments to pinpoint risks, optimization possibilities, and improvement strategies
• Analyze intricate technical problems, carry out root cause investigations, and facilitate resolutions
• Suggest and implement enhancements to solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary based on scope and complexity
• Retain technical oversight of customer production environments and overall solution performance
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product Management, and Cloud Operations to enhance customer outcomes
• Guide clients on best practices, platform functionalities, and evolving business needs
• Recognize recurring challenges, product deficiencies, and opportunities for enhancements to benefit customer outcomes
• Contribute to the development of TAM standards, methodologies, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Over 7 years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Consultant, Customer Success Engineer, or similar positions
• More than 3 years of practical Kinaxis Maestro experience, encompassing solution development/authoring, configuration, integrations/data flows, and troubleshooting
• Extensive expertise in supporting enterprise SaaS solutions and complex customer settings
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated capability to influence both technical and business stakeholders while fostering trusted client relationships
• Proven experience in leading complex customer projects and working independently in uncertain environments
• Background in supply chain, planning, logistics, manufacturing, or related enterprise business processes is preferred
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, data analysis, reporting, or scripting tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
